Painting out of my comfort zone

As part of my #dycp funded year, I've been looking at ways to expand the way I work, so when I was asked to paint a mural, I rather nervously agreed. This is a work in progress, and is really challenging me, to work to a larger scale, try different ways of working, and try techniques and make marks with new tools. I'm pleased I agreed to do this, as I finished my work this week and I'm so pleased with how it looks, but more pleased that I pushed myself to do this!
