The best decision I've ever made

This is the first page of what would become, to date, an 83-book journey. It was a tentative step made in a blank A4, 92-page sketchbook using pen and pencil crayon. I felt the draw to create an illustrated diary, a safe place to record the daily details of my life. Over the ensuing 8 years it's evolved into an important place to download my thoughts, draw my responses to my world, and work through issues with my mental health. Such simple technologies, pen, paper and pencils, but irreplaceable in terms of their ability to help me make sense of the world.
