Blooming marsh

July's salt marsh in full mauve magnificence.

July's high tides overturning the blooms of sea lavender were an amazing sight. I found them mesmerising, the way that once the marsh had been drowned by the sea small tufts of flowers kept their heads just above water, and then were released to their full abundance once again at the ebb of the tide. #wearemarshyfolk @createnel
